This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the Zoidii Service and forms part of our Terms of Service. It exists to keep the Service secure, reliable and lawful for everyone.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation or third-party right;
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses or harmful code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the platform except as permitted by law;
- Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service;
- Store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful.
2. Data & content responsibility
You are responsible for the data you upload and for ensuring you have the right to process it. Do not upload sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for maintenance operations.
3. Fair use of resources
Automated access (including API use) must respect documented rate limits. Excessive use that degrades the Service for others may be throttled.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove offending content, or report unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical, we will give notice before taking action.
