These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zoidii cloud CMMS platform and website at zoidii.info (the “Service”), provided by Zoidii (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice that takes effect at your next renewal.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, reverse-engineering the platform, uploading malicious code, infringing intellectual property, or using the Service to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Your data & content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and content (excluding your data), is owned by Zoidii and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
6. Service availability
We strive for high availability and publish a separate Service Level Agreement for eligible plans. The Service is otherwise provided “as is”. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoidii is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. See also our Disclaimer.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Questions? Email legal@zoidii.info.
