Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds work for the Zoidii Service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Template terms — adjust the trial length, refund window and consumer-law statements (EU 14-day withdrawal right may apply) with legal counsel.

1. Free trial

New customers may start a free trial with no payment details required for the trial period. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to subscribe; you are not charged automatically unless you have entered billing details and selected a paid plan.

2. Billing & renewals

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually — and renew automatically at the end of each term using your selected payment method.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access until the end of the current paid term. We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a term unless required by law.

4. Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable. Where consumer-protection law grants a withdrawal or refund right (for example, certain EU consumers within 14 days), we honor it. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.

5. Price changes

We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
