Zoidii serves customers across Europe, including France and Greece, and is committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. This page summarizes your rights and how to exercise them. It complements our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
1. Controller and processor roles
For data about your own account and website visitors, Zoidii acts as a data controller. For the operational data you enter into the platform on behalf of your organization, Zoidii acts as a data processor under your instructions — governed by our DPA.
2. Your rights under the GDPR
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable.
- Restriction — limit how we process your data in certain cases.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Lodge a complaint — with your local supervisory authority (e.g. the CNIL in France, the HDPA in Greece).
3. How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@zoidii.info with your request. We will verify your identity and respond within one month, as required by the GDPR. There is normally no charge unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
4. International data transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional technical measures.
5. Data Protection Officer
If a Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, you can reach them at dpo@zoidii.info.
